The appearance of the product is the face of the product, and the panel and casing after injection molding have become a major component of the electronic machine after spraying, silk screen printing, hot stamping and other processes. In order to meet the quality requirements of the whole machine, the following requirements must be paid attention to when assembling plastic panels and casings on the assembly line:

(1) When using a transport vehicle to transport injection molded parts, they should be placed in a single layer.

(2) The station operator should wear gloves to prevent the injection molded parts from being contaminated with oil and sweat.

(3) Before assembly, the quality inspection of the panel and motor casing should be carried out, and there should be no obvious scratches, cracks and deformation on the surface, and the surface coating should not blister, crack and fall off. After the inspection, the unqualified workpiece will be recorded and stored in isolation; Put the qualified workpiece on a cover made of soft cloth or plastic foam, and gently place it on the conveyor belt of the assembly line.

(4) At the production line station, plastic foam pads or rubber cushions should be placed on all the work surfaces where the panels and casings are in contact to prevent scratching the outer surface of the workpiece during the assembly process. When handling the panel and casing, it should be handled with care and should not be touched.

(5) The connection and assembly procedures of panels, casings and other components are generally light first and then heavy, low first and then high, and first inside and then outside. When using an electric screw to tighten a self-tapping screw, the screw and the workpiece should be perpendicular to each other and should not be deflected. And the size of the torque should be appropriate, not only to be able to tighten, but also not to cause slippage or even penetration due to excessive torque, damaging the parts. The various movable parts assembled on the panel should be flexible and reliable in operation.
